Easy Peasy Pancakes


1 cup milk

1 cup flour

1 egg

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Salt to taste


1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and butter. Mix until smooth.

2. Heat up a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook till golden brown on both sides.

3. Serve with maple syrup, fruit preserve or top with your favourite fruits.
